摘　　要：目的分析肝泡状棘球蚴病的超声图像特征。方法回顾性分析经手术后病理证实的36例肝泡状棘球蚴病的超声图像特征。结果超声图像表现为实质肿块型12例,占33.3%;囊样液化型15例,占41.7%;混合型9例,占25%。术前超声诊断肝泡状棘球蚴病符合率为88.9%(32/36),误诊率为11.1%(4/36)。结论肝泡状棘球蚴病超声图像具有其特征性,对术前诊断有较大价值。Objective To analyze the uhrasonographic features of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 36 eases of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis confirmed by pathology was performed between 2002 and 2007 . Reaults Among the 36 cases, there were 12 cases （33.3%） of substantial mass type and 15 cases （41.7%） of cystoid fluid type and 9 eases （25%） of mixed type. The accuracy rate of preoperative diagnosis was 88.9% （32/36）. The false positive rate was 11.1% （4/36）. Conc I us ion Uhrasonography is useful in the diagnosis of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.
