摘　　要：根据国家有关法规,针对设计工作的特点,阐述了设计招投标中初步评审与详细评审的内容和要求,结合实际案例对如何更好地编制招标文件和投标文件提出了具体建议。According to national relative rules and regulations,in this article described the contents and requirements of design bidding ＆ tender preliminary evaluation and detailed evaluation in allusion to characteristics of design, some concrete suggestions of how to compile better biding and tender documents on the base of practical cases were also given.
