The Interactive Effects of Light Condition and Nitrogen Supply on Stomatal Characteristics of Maize

摘  要:研究了2种光照环境(自然光和近50%遮光)和2种供氮水平(260 kg/hm2和130 kg/hm2)对玉米气孔特征的影响。自然光下的气孔开度(SA)、气孔长度(SL)、气孔导度(GS)的均值均比遮光条件下的高,而气孔总长度(STL)、气孔频度(SF)无此变化规律。高氮供应下的SA,SF,GS比低氮供应的小,而SL则比低氮供应的大。经方差分析,光照环境、氮素供应2个因素均分别对SA,SL,SF,STL,GS有显著或极显著影响(P<0.05或P<0.01),且两因素的交互作用对SA,SF,STL影响也达显著水平。相关分析表明,SL与SF呈显著负相关,SF与STL,SA与GS,SF与GS均呈显著正相关。The seedlings of maize (Yuyu22) were cultivated under two kinds of light conditions (natural light and about 50% shading light) and two nitrogen levels (260kg/ha and 130kg/ha). The values of stomatal aperture (SA), stomatal length (SL) and stomatal conductance (GS) of plants were all higher under natural light than under shading light, but not for the values of stomatal total length(STL) and stomatal frequency (SF). The values of SA,SF and GS of plants grown under high nitrogen supply were lower than those under low nitrogen supply for both light conditions,but the value of SL of plant grown under high nitrogen supply was higher than that under low nitrogen supply. The result of ANOVA showed that both light condition and nitrogen levels had significant effects on SA,SL,SF,STL and GS(P〈0.05 或 P〈0.01) ,and the ineraction effects of light condition × nitrogen level on SA, SF,STL were also significant. It was found that SL was negatively correlated with SF,and SF was positively correlated with STL, while both SA and SF were positively correlated with GS.
