摘　　要：改革开发以来,随着市场化进程加快,作为老工业城市的武汉市,其经济日益失去竞争优势,面临着经济转型的严峻挑战。本文分析了武汉市经济发展滞后的根源,认为武汉市发展滞后的根源是过分依赖于传统生产要素比较优势的发挥,没有实现竞争优势持续创造。文中提出新时期构建武汉经济的竞争优势体系的思路和对策。Since the reform and opening up, with the acceleration of marketization, Wuhan, as an old industrial city, has increasingly lost its competitive advantage in economy, facing the very grim challenge of economic transition. The author analyzes the causes of eco- nomic decline of Wuhan City and believes that the root is dependence on the traditional comparative advantage of production factors without creating a durative competitive advantage. This paper puts forward the ideas and strategies to construct wuhan city＇s competitive advantage system in the new period.
