摘　　要：文章认为图书馆学术论文质量的滑坡是由其内在的动力机制决定的。要改变现状,必须设立科学合理的评价机制,营造宽松和谐的科研环境;完善现行的图书馆专业技术职务评审制度;加强对图书馆学期刊质量的监管。The paper thinks that the cause of lowness quality of academic articles about library is generally caused by its intrinsic driving mechanism. To solve the problem, it is necessary to establish scientific evaluation mechanism, construct a relaxed and harmonious research environment, and reform the existing appraisal system of library specialized technology post. It is also necessary to strengthen the supervision to the library science periodical quality.
