摘 要:以两端刚性支承垂直安装转子为研究对象,推导了不平衡转子弯扭耦合振动微分方程,对该非线性微分方程进行了理论定性分析,解出了弯曲、扭转振动响应所包含的频率成分,并对不平衡转子弯振和扭振特性进行了数值仿真:转子在角频率为ω1的外部激励作用下,通过弯扭耦合主要激发出频率为|ω-ω1|的扭振,当转子有角频率为ωt1的外扭矩作用时,将主要激励产生|ω±ωt1|频率的弯振.仿真计算结果与理论分析是一致的,分析结果为立式转子弯扭耦合共振故障诊断提供了理论依据.The coupling between lateral and torsional vibrations of a vertical unbalanced rotor is studied. These coupling mechanisms are studied here with a nonlinear rotor model. An attempt is made to reveal dynamic characteristics of vertical rotor. Qualitative analysis is made for the nonlinear differential equation. And frequency components of coupled vibrations are obtained. Simulation results are also obtained by numerically solving the equations of motion. New torsional of which the main frequency is |ω - ω1|I is excited through coupled vibrations when an exterior excited force with frequency ω1 lies. New flexural vibrations of which main frequency is |ω±ωt1| will also be excited by torsion when an exterior excited moment with frequency to, lies. It is shown that qualitative analysis results and numerical simulation results are consistent. Theoretical support for fault diagnosis is provided by analysis coupled flexural and torsional vibration vertical rotor of the result.
