摘  要:随着电子技术、通讯技术、传感器技术、先进控制技术等高新技术的不断发展,新一代工程机械的电子化程度有了显著提高,工程机械朝着更为智能化的方向发展。介绍一种新一代工程机械智能防盗技术,详细阐述系统的基本组成及其分布式体系结构,着重介绍智能防盗系统的具体实施策略。将防盗锁机逻辑分为停车锁机状态、紧急锁机状态、预解锁状态、正常状态、通信中断状态、通信中断锁机状态、1级锁机状态和2级锁机状态等8种状态。通过状态转换图的形式细致描述了8种锁机解锁逻辑状态的工作情形以及状态间的相互切换关系。最后总结出应该充分提高工程机械的电子化程度,实施分布式处理,突出中央控制器核心控制地位的智能化全面防盗的技术思想。该系统方案配合三一重工公司的远程监控系统平台,在公司的主要主机产品上进行了推广应用,给公司、用户、信贷机构带来了显著的经济效益。With the continuous development of electronic technology,com- munication technology,sensor technology and advanced control technology,electronic application to the new generation of con- struction machinery has increased significantly so that construc- tion machinery is developing toward intelligence.A new genera- tion of intelligent theft-proof technology of construction machinery is described.Basic composition and distributing type structure of the system are expatiated.Concrete implementation strategy of an intelligent theft-proof system is emphasized.The theft-proof lock- ing logic is divided into eight states of parking locking,emergency locking,pre-unlocking,normal state,communication interrupting, communication interrupt locking,first level locking and second level locking.Working situations of the eight locking/unlocking logic states and mutual switching relationship between states are described in details via state transforming charts.Lastly,intelli- gent and complete theft-proof technical concepts are concluded, which include fully increasing electronic level of construction ma- chinery,implementing distributing type process and highhghting the host position of central controller.Adopting the system con- cept,the remote monitoring system platform from SANY is widely used on the main machines of the company,which brings remark- able economic benefits for the manufacturer,customers and fi- nancing departments.
