摘 要:以往工程机械液压系统出现过热问题时,人们将主要精力集中在如何提高液压油散热器的散热效率,没有去真正了解液压系统发热、散热原理。通过分析装载机热平衡试验数据,计算液压系统各部分生热、散热功率,得出液压系统总的生热量,经由液压元件、管路、液压油散热器的散热量,验证冷却系统是否满足系统散热要求。当出现液压系统过热问题,可由上述计算分析出具体原因,这是解决液压系统过热问题的主动做法。经过试验数据验证,方法正确,为装载机液压系统热平衡分析提供可靠的理论分析依据。Previously,when an overheating problem occurred,people mostly pay attention to the efficiency increase of heat radiator for the hy- draulic oil but haven't truly understood the heat generating and dissipating principles of a hydraulic system.Through data analysis of heat balance test for a loader,heat generation and heat dissipa- tion powers of each part in hydraulic system are calculated.Com- plete heat generation of the hydraulic system as well as the heat dissipation through hydraulic units,pipe line and radiator are oh- tained so whether the cooling system meets system heat dissipation requirement is verified.When an overheating problem occurs, concrete causes can be identified through above calculation analy- sis,which is an active way to solve overheating problem for hy- draulic systems.Test data verified the method correctness.It is a reliable theoretical basis of heat balance analysis for loader hy- draulic system in future.
