摘　　要：人力资本空间集聚有其自身独特的形成机理;人力资本载体的易流动性、人力资本集聚的规模效益、人力资本投资收益率的地域偏差以及人力资本集聚路径是形成人力资本区域集聚现象的主要原因;以山东省为个例进行了论述,以期探寻其人力资本空间分布非均衡的机理并得到相应的结论。The spatial gather of human capital is a prominent character in regional economy after the world war Ⅱ and has particular mechanism. The fluidity of cartier, effect of scale, regional warp between investment and profit and pluralistic gather path are main matters that lead to human capital gather in spatial. The paper takes Shandong province as an example, wants to analyze the reason of uneven distribution of human capital. Finally, it finds the relevant conclusions.
