阿魏酸钠对冠心病心绞痛患者炎性细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察川芎素有效成分阿魏酸钠对冠心病心绞痛患者超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等炎性细胞因子的影响。方法:80例患者随机分为两组,对照组(40例)给予扩冠、调脂、抗血小板聚集等治疗,治疗组(40例)在上述治疗的基础上加用注射用阿魏酸钠治疗。两组均治疗15天后检测超敏C反应蛋白(HSCRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等指标。结果:两组治疗后HSCRP、TNF-α、IL-6与治疗前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组与对照组比较,各项指标亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:阿魏酸钠能降低冠心病心绞痛患者HSCRP、TNF-α、IL-6的水平,对冠心病患者有治疗作用。Objective:To evaluate the effects of Naruii Ferulas(the active principle of chuanxiong) injection on C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in patients with angina.Methods:80 cases with angina were dividied into two groups at random,the control group was treated with dilating coronary artery,lowering blood lipid and anti-aggregation of platelet,etc.methods,the treated group was given Naruii Ferulas on the basis.The levels of HSCRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were determined after treated 15 days.Results:The curative effects of Naruii Ferulas group were better than that of the control,the levels of HSCRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were obviously improved in Naruii Ferulas group,which were more significant than those in control.Conclusion: Naruii Ferulas can effectively treat angina,the mechanism maybe related to lowering the levels of HSCRP,TNF-α and IL-6.
