天然脑活素延缓人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞复制性衰老作用的动态观察

摘　　要：目的:动态观察天然脑活素延缓人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞(MRC-5)复制性衰老的作用及其机制。方法:镜下观察细胞形态变化,绘制细胞生长曲线,并于给药后12、244、8、729、6小时以MTT法动态检测细胞增殖活度。结果:天然脑活素孵育的MRC-5细胞老龄化不明显,细胞增殖能力较空白老龄对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:天然脑活素可明显促进细胞增殖,有效延缓细胞的复制性衰老。Objective:To dynamically observe the effects of natural cerebrolysin on delaying the replicative senescence of human embryonic lung diploid fibroblasts(MRC-5 cells) and its mechanism.Methods:To observe the changes of senescent phenotype by light microscope,draw the cell growth curve.The potential of cell proliferation were detected dynamically at 12h、24h、48h、72h、96h respectively after treated with natural cerebrolysin by MTT method.Results: The morphology of MRC-5 cells incubated with natural cerebrolysin had no aging changes markedly comparing with the control senium cells,the proliferation potential of MRC-5 cells incubated with natural cerebrolysin was increased obviously(P<0.05).Conclusions:Natural cerebrolysin could promote cells proliferation ability and delay cells replicative senescence efficiently.
