摘  要:低熔封接微晶玻璃是一种先进的焊接材料,熔化温度和封接温度低,机械强度优良,化学稳定性好,因而在很多领域得到广泛应用。目前,很多商业封接玻璃都含有铅、镉、汞、铊等危害环境和人体健康的物质。在环保意识越来越强的今天,应积极进行无重金属封接微晶玻璃的研究与开发。综述了封接微晶玻璃无铅化的必要性,介绍了无铅低熔封接微晶玻璃的特点,探讨了影响玻璃封接性能的因素,展望了封接微晶玻璃今后的研究方向。Low - mehing sealing glass - ceramic is an advanced welding material, which is widely used in many fields due to its low melting and sealing temperature, excellent mechanical strength and good chemical stability. Presently, most of commercial sealing glass - ceramics contain Pb, Cd, Hg and T1, which are harmful to environment and health. With the environmental consciousness getting stronger and stronger, research and development of sealing glass - ceramics without heavy metals should be actively carried out. In this paper, the necessity of lead - free treatment was overviewed and the characteristics of low - melting sealing lead - free glass - ceramic were introduced. Moreover, the influencing factors of the sealing performances were discussed. Finally, the further research direction of sealing glass - ceramic was prospected.
