摘　　要：结合SAF2205双相不锈钢材料在真空制盐蒸发罐上的使用情况,介绍了这种材质的化学性能、物理性能及机械加工性能,特别是其双相组织良好的抗氯离子腐蚀性能对真空制盐和盐化工行业具有特殊意义。重点阐述了其复合板的焊接性能、焊缝形式、焊材选用和焊接工艺及在加工过程中采用的相关标准,为本行业类似设计的使用提供了参考。实践证明,SAF2205双相不锈钢材料及其复合板在真空制盐和盐化工行业具有推广价值。Based on its application in evaporators of vacuum - evaporation salt industry, the paper introduced the physical and chemical properties, and the mechanical processing performances of SAF2205 two - phase stainless steel. Because of the special metallic phase of anti - corrosion to Cl^- ion, SAF2205 two - phase stainless steel has special meaning for the vacuum - evaporation salt industry. Also the paper expounded the welding performance, welding line types of SAF2205 two -phase stainless steel composite plate, available welding materials, related welding processes, and the adopted welding criterions which provided reference for the similar design in the trade. Through several years of practical application in vacu- um salt projects, it is proved that SAF2205 two - phase stainless steel can be employed widely in vacuum - evaporation salt industry.
