医院抗菌洗手液使用状况及抑菌效果观察

摘　　要：目的调查部分医院门诊和住院部医务人员洗手液的使用状况及所用含抗菌成分洗手液的除菌效果。方法采用问卷调查方法和现场消毒试验及实验室抑菌试验方法进行了观察和分析。结果湖北省武汉和黄石两地部分医院使用洗手液的比例分别为43%和32%。使用含植物杀菌成分的洗手液平均抑菌环<7 mm,对手上自然菌平均消除对数为值0.84。含苯扎氯铵洗手液和碘伏洗手液平均抑菌环均>7 mm,对自然菌平均消除对数值分别为1.49和2.04。结论武汉和黄石两地医院用洗手液进行手卫生消毒的比例较低,其中以含苯扎氯铵和碘伏类洗手液抗菌效果较好,而含植物杀菌成分的洗手液抗菌效果较差。Objective To investigate the current situation of use of hand - washing soft soaps and the bacteria - removing efficacy of hand - washing soft soaps containing antibacterial ingredients among doctors and nurses of the hospitals. Methods In hospitals located in Wnhan and Huangshi cities in Hnhei province, the current situations of use of hand - washing soft soaps were investigated using a standard questionnaire. Antibacterial effects of hand - washing soft soaps containing an- tibacterial ingredients were evaluated by the bacteria inhibition zone test and on - the - spot disinfection trial. Results The rates of use of hand - washing soft soaps among the doctors and nurses of hospitals located at the two cities were 43% and 32%, respectively. Diameter of inhibition zone ofEscherichia coli on culture plates was less than 7mm for the hand - washing soft soap A （ containing plant antibacterial ingredients）. In contrast, the diameters were larger than 7 mm for the hand - washing soft soap B （ containing ingredients of benzalkonium chloride and iodophor）. The logarithmic average values for removing natural bacteria were 0.84 for hand - washing soft soap A and 1.49 for hand - washing soft soap B after wiping the hands with test hand - washing soft soaps. Conclusions The rate of using hand - washing soft soaps containing anti- bacterial ingredients were low in hospitals of two cities Wnhan and Huangshi. The hand - washing soft soap B has better antibacteria efficacy than hand -washing soft soap A.
