摘 要:目的观察全自动清洗消毒机对污染医疗器械的清洗效果。方法通过目测法检查和隐血试验检测清洗机对金属器械的清洗效果。结果使用后的器械经水冲洗预处理,置于自动清洗机内经水洗6 min、酶洗8 min、漂洗10 min、93℃热力消毒+上油16 min、110℃干燥16 min全自动程序清洗处理,均可达到清洗质量标准。人工污染血液的器械在2 h内按上述程序清洗处理,均可达到规定的清洗质量。人工污染血液的器械放置12 h后,用上述清洗方法进行清洗,均达不到清洗要求,随着放置时间延长越来越难清洗。结论用全自动清洗机在加酶条件下对医疗器械进行清洗,可以达到安全可靠的清洗效果,污染器械放置时间越长越难清洗。Objective To observe the efficacy of full automatic cleaning - disinfecting machine in cleaning contaminated medical instruments. Methods Visual method and occult blood test were used to examine the efficacy of the machine in cleaning the metal instruments. Results The instruments after use could achieve cleaning quality standard after pretreatment with flushing, followed by cleaning treatment in the full automatic cleaning machine through full automatic cleaning procedures including washing with water for 6 min, washing with enzyme for 8 rain, rinse for 10 min, 93℃ heat disinfection + greasing for 16 min and 110℃ drying for 16 min. The instruments artificially contaminated by blood and treated within 2 h could achieve the specified cleaning quality after treatment with above cleaning procedures. The instruments artificially contaminated by blood and treated 12 h later could not fulfil the cleaning requirement after treatment with above cleaning procedures. The longer the time elapsed after cotamination of the instrument, the more difficult the cleaning. Conclusion Cleaning the medical instruments in the full automatic cleaning machine under condition of adding enzyme can achieve safe and reliable cleaning efficacy. The longer the time elapsed after contamination of the instruments, the more difficult the cleaning.
