摘 要:对新戊二醇的缩合歧化工艺进行了改进,缩合反应采用碱性缓冲盐作催化剂,同时优化了反应条件,新戊二醇合成收率高达96%以上;创新性地选取低碳醇类溶剂溶解新戊二醇而不溶解甲酸钠,有效地解决了甲酸钠与新戊二醇分离困难的问题,同时大大减少了新戊二醇的损失;在减压脱水工段,增加了吸收塔以回收水蒸汽夹带的新戊二醇,新戊二醇总收率达到88%以上。Synthesizing NPG by condensation - cannizarro reaction was improved. The condensation reaction was formed in the presence of an alkalinity buffer salt catalyst, simultaneously the reaction condition was optimized,so the yield of NPG was enhanced to more than 96%. In accordance with the difficulty of separation of NPG and by - product sodium formate in this reaction, we selected the low - carbon alcohol solvent which could dissolve NPG but could not dissolve sodium formate , so that we could separate them and reduceed the loss of NPG. At the same time in the vaccum distillation section, we installed absorption tower to recover NPG which was carried by steam. With above -mentioned new technology, the total yield of NPG achieved to more than 88%.
