摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在骨折手法复位患者中的应用效果。方法将2007年3～11月门诊收治的338例骨折患者按就诊日期单双日划分为对照组及实验组。实验组176例,在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理;对照组162例,给予常规护理。分析两组患者复位时使用止痛药情况、复位成功率、术后3d肢体肿胀情况及满意度的差异。结果两组在使用止痛药情况、复位成功率、术后肢体肿胀情况及患者满意度方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。其中实施舒适护理的实验组患者在使用止痛药情况、肢体肿胀情况方面均低于对照组,而在复位成功率和满意度方面则高于对照组。结论对骨折手法复位患者实施舒适护理,可以减轻患者复位中的疼痛及术后肢体肿胀,提高患者满意度,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the effect of applying comfortable care in the emergency manual reduction in patients with bone fractures. Methods 338 fracture patients during March 2007 to November 2007 were divided based on the even and odd numbers of their registration date into two groups： the control group and the experiment group. Comfortable care was supplied in the experiment group on the basis of the implementation of conventional care and only conventional care was used in the control group. The use of analgesic drugs, the reduction achievement ratio, the incidence of limb swelling in three days after manual reduction and satisfaction degree after manual reduction were analyzed and compared between the groups. Results The use of analgesic drugs, the reduction achievement ratio, the incidence of limb swelling in three days after manual reduction and satisfaction degree after manual reduction were significantly different between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The use of analgesic drugs and the incidence of limb swelling in experiment group were less than those in the control group, and the reduction effect and satisfaction degree were higher. Conclusion Comfortable care can relieve the pains of patients with fractures and limb swelling, improve their satisfaction, and promote their rehabilitation.
