30例鞍区肿瘤显微手术患者的术后观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨显微手术治疗鞍区肿瘤的临床效果及护理方法。方法回顾性分析总结30例鞍区肿瘤显微手术患者有针对性的护理要点,包括心理护理、术后体位护理、严密监测生命体征、掌握预防和处理术后并发症的方法等。结果本组30例患者手术过程顺利,术后发生颅内出血2例,脑脊液鼻漏2例,消化道出血1例,尿崩症1例,垂体功能低下1例,经早期及时的治疗和护理,均治愈出院。结论积极有效的护理措施有利于鞍区肿瘤显微手术患者术后顺利恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of microsurgery on sellar tumors and the nursing strategies. Method The highlights of nursing 30 patients with sellar tumors after microsurgery were retrospectively reviewed, including mental care, postoperative nursing of body posture, rigid monitoring of vital signs, and handling of postoperative complications. Results The operative courses for the operations on all the 30 cases： intracranial hemorrhage in cases, craniohydrorrhea in 2 cases, alimentary tract hemorrhage in 1 case, diabetes insipidus in 1 case and hypopituitarism in 1 case. All of the complications were treated and nursed earlier and all the patients were discharged after cure. Conclusion Active and effect/re nursing meansures are good for the satisfactory rehabilitation of patients with sellar tumors treated with microsurgery.
