摘　　要：反垄断法是发展市场经济,规范限制性竞争行为的重要手段。简单介绍了我国亟待出台反垄断法的现实性与必要性,明确了应确立的基本原则,并且具体阐述了必须禁止的垄断行为。The anti- monopoly law is an important mean to develop market economyand regulate the restricted competition. The article briefly introduces the necessity and feasibility of the anti-monopoly law; shows the basic principles and expounds the monopoly behaviors to be forbidden in detail.
