双三羟甲基丙烷丙烯酸酯的合成研究

摘　　要：以双三羟甲基丙烷与丙烯酸为原料,采用酸醇酯化法合成了双三羟甲基丙烷丙烯酸酯,考察了反应物投料比、阻聚剂组成及用量、反应物浓度、催化剂用量等对反应的影响。结果表明,最佳合成条件为:酸醇比4.5∶1,甲苯50%,催化剂的用量5%,阻聚剂用量0.9%,反应温度116℃。在此工艺条件下,产品颜色浅,产率高达90.4%,并用红外光谱、液相色谱、质谱等方法进行了定性分析。Di-TMPTA was synthesized from di-TMP and acrylic acid by acid alcohol esterification method. The influence of reaction conditions, such as reactant proportion, the composition and the level of polymerization inhibitor;reactant concentration;and catalyst level were studied. The optimum synthetic condition that mole ratio of crylic acid to di-TMP is 4.5 ： 1 ,toluene is 45% ,catalyst level is 5% and the level of polymerization inhibitor is 0.9%. The reaction temperature is 116 ℃. The product has pale colour and its yield of product is 90.4%. The product was qualitative analysised by IR, NMR and HPLC.
