摘 要:以3,4-二氟溴苯与氰化亚铜为原料,一步合成3,4-二氟苯腈,较佳的合成条件为:氰化亚铜和3,4-二氟溴苯的摩尔比为1.3∶1,反应温度150℃,反应时间10 h,溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,收率81.2%,产品含量99.1%。通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱分析对目标产物进行了结构鉴定。该法具有选择性强、纯度高、反应步骤少以及收率理想的优势,是一条适合大规模工业化生产的路线。Using 3,4-difluorobenzonitrile and cuprous cyanide as raw material, 3,4-difiuorobenzonitrile was synthesized by one-step method. The optimum synthetic conditions are as follows:the mole ratio of cuprous cyanide to 3,4-difluorobromobenzene was 1.3 : 1, the reaction temperature 150 ℃, the reaction time 10 h,DMF as solvent. The yield was 81.2% and the purity was 99.1%. The structure of the target com- pound were identified by elemental analysis, IR, NMR, MS. There are many advantages by this method, such as selectively strong, high purity, fewer reaction steps and ideal yield. It is an appropriate way for large-scale industrial production.
