摘  要:采用流点法初步选定润湿分散剂组份,以贮存[(54±2)℃,14 d]稳定性和悬浮率为指标,对润湿分散剂、粘度调节剂组份、防冻剂及其配比进行优选。结果表明,30%吡虫啉悬浮剂的较佳配方为:吡虫啉30%,扩散剂NNO 2%,乳化剂400#2%,黄原胶0.1%,白炭黑1%,乙二醇5%,水补足至100%。该方法提高了筛选配方的科学性和效率,采用粉碎-均化的新加工工艺,减少了加工时间,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率和产品质量。The components of wetting dispersant was preliminary by method of selected according to the indexes of storage [ (54 ± 2) ℃, 14 d ] and suspensibility rate, the wetting dispersant, viscosity modifier antifreeze and its proportion was optimized. The results indicated that the optimum formula of 30% imidacloprid suspension concentrate were as follows: imidacloprid 30%, dispersant NNO 2%, emulsifier 2% (400s), xanthic gum 0.1% , silica 1% , glycol 5 % , fill water to 100%. This method can improve the seientitle and efficiency of prescription formulation, use a new process of crush-homogenization, it can reduce the processing time ,decrease the cost of producing, improve the efficiency of producing and the quality of product.
