摘　　要：针对刀具管理和刀具控制相互独立,刀具动、静态数据分散的问题,建立了刀具管控一体化系统集成框架,设计了基于OPC和现场总线技术的系统软硬件结构,提出了系统信息集成实现的具体过程和方法。Aim at the problems that tool＇ s management and control disjoints each other and the dynamic and static data separates, establishs the integrated flame of Tool Management and Control Integrative System, designs system＇s soft and hard structure based OPC and FieldBus, puts forward the process and method for realizing the system＇s information integration.
