摘　　要：分析了数控车削加工中刀具刀尖圆弧半径对球面零件加工精度的影响,并提出相应措施,为正确编制加工程序、选择加工工艺和刀具参数提供了依据,提高了零件加工精度。The influence of the comer radius on the spherical parts processing precision in the numerical control turning process is analyzed. The corresponding measures are proposed, providing the basis of the correct selective treatment craft, the choice cutting tool parameter and the establishment processing procedure and the components processing precision is increased.
