摘 要:本文以CuSO4·5H2O作为Cu2+来源,研究了水体中分别添加1、4、7、10和15mg·L-1的Cu2+对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeusvannamei)急性毒性的影响。结果表明,凡纳滨对虾肌肉中Cu2+的积累量在48h时候达到最大值,为31.36μg·g-1(干重);甲壳中Cu2+的积累量随着时间的推移而增加:初始时刻为16.01μg·g-(1干重),96h时达到最大值69.43μg·g-(1干重);肝胰腺中Cu2+的积累量在各浓度处理下均表现出时间效应关系。在此基础上,分别以CuSO4·5H2O和CuCl2·2H2O作为Cu2+来源,研究了在水体中分别添加5、10、15、20和30mg·L-1浓度的Cu2+对凡纳滨对虾蜕皮率以及死亡率的影响。结果表明,两种Cu2+来源短期内都能明显刺激凡纳滨对虾的蜕皮,以CuSO4·5H2O作为Cu2+来源时,对虾的死亡率呈现出局部的剂量效应关系,而以CuCl2·2H2O为Cu2+来源时,表现出一种"饱和"效应。With the development of society and industry, the environmental pollution has been becoming a big problem, especially the heavy metal pollution. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the accumulation of copper and its effects on the rate of molting and mortality in Litopenaeus vannamei. Firstly, the acute toxicity of Cu^2+ in different concentrations (1,4,7,10 and 15 mg·L^-1) on L. vannamei was studied. The result showed that the maximum accumulation of Cu^2+ in the muscle was found after 48 h, as high as 31.36 μg·g^-1 (dry weight); also, the accumulation of Cu^2+ in the carapace was increased, from the beginning of 16.01 μg·g^-1(dry weight) to 69.43 μg·g^-1 (dry weight) at the end of 96 h; and in the hepatopancrea, it showed a time-effect relationship in all treatment concentrations. In addition, we investigated the effect of different concentrations (5,10, 15,20 and 30 mg·L^-1) of Cu^2+ from different sources [Copper( Ⅱ ) sulfate pentahydrate and Copper( Ⅱ ) chloride dihydrate] on L. vannamei. The result showed that both of the sources could increase the rate of molting, and with the treatment of Copper( Ⅱ ) sulfate pentahydrate, there occurred a concentration-effect phenomenon, and when using Copper( Ⅱ ) chloride dihydrate, the mortality showed a saturation phenomenon.
