特吕茨勒清钢联系统中短绒和结杂的控制探析

摘　　要：从七个方面阐述了清钢联系统中短绒和结杂产生的原因,分三个子系统介绍控制短绒与结杂的方法,指出全流程速度控制是短绒、棉结控制的基础性工作,全流程隔距控制是对短绒、棉结的精做工作,而风量、静压及棉量平衡控制是对短绒、结杂控制的辅助工作。This paper introduced the cause to bring short fiber and nep in the blow-carding system from seven aspects, and introduced the method for controlling short fiber and nep in three sub-system. It was pointed out that the speed control was essential work in full process, the gauge between two parts was fine work in adjusting, and the balance control in air quantity, static pressure and cotton supply was ascessorial work in controlling shor fiber and nep.
