摘  要:详述了气圈纱形状参数——半顶角0γ和气圈纱曲线张力参数——p的物理意义;结合国产细纱机的卷装数据,应用气圈理论计算提出国产细纱机在始纺时气圈纱曲线应具有的形状和张力参数及最大气圈高度;又分析指出采用气圈控制环能降低纺纱气圈张力。Analysis is done to specify the singnificance about the parameters for the shape and tension of a balloon's yarn curve,namely, the half-top-angle γ0 and number of tension p. Considering the package size on the domestic frame,the desired shape of curve,recommended value of p and maxi-length hm referred to the balloon for the domestic ring spinning frame are given by using the spinning balloon theory. And through calculation the conclusion is made that reduction of yarn-tension in the balloon's curve were obtained by set the balloon control ring on the frame.
