细纱机前区应用压力棒隔距块的纺纱实践

摘　　要：介绍了压力棒隔距块的结构及特点,分析了细纱机前区附加压力棒隔距块的作用原理。在后区为平面牵伸和V型牵伸的机型上,前区使用压力棒隔距块来进行CJ 14.5 tex纱的纺纱试验,结果表明:细纱前区附加压力棒隔距块后成纱质量都有明显改善,且平面牵伸形式改善效果更明显。指出在使用压力棒隔距块时要注意的问题,说明压力棒隔距块经济实用,是一种值得推广的新型纺纱器材。Introduction is made to the structure and the features of the press bar spacer regarding the working element in spinning process. Spinning yarn CJ 14.5 tex with the frames with flat draft and V-shape draft in the rear section proves that there is marked quality improvement of yarn when the press bar spacer is used in the front section, yet the flat draft is better. Some cautions are put forth for using the the press bar spacer. Conclusion is made that the press bar spacer is practical and economic, thus worthy of being promoted.
