孕期彩色多普勒超声重复照射对仔鼠行为发育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多普勒超声孕期重复照射是否会对仔鼠的行为发育造成影响,为产科超声安全应用提供理论依据。方法妊娠SD大鼠30只,随机分为重复照射0min组(对照组)、重复照射10min组、重复照射20min组3组。在妊娠第6、12、18天分别给予0、10、20min的(3.0MHz,MI=1.6,Tis=1.8)超声照射。生后采用动物行为学观察方法测试并评价其子代鼠生理发育及行为学能力。结果照射20min组与对照组相比,空中翻正、视觉定向的达标时间均较对照组延迟(P<0.05),而张耳、开眼,以及平面翻正、听觉惊愕指标,3组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论孕期彩色多普勒超声20min重复照射可能对仔鼠的生后行为发育产生影响。Objective To investigate whether the color Doppler ultrasound could affect postnatal behavior development of rats during different pregnant durations for finding the theoretical basis in safe application of obstetric uhrasonography. Methods Thirty pregnant SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups ：the 0 min group （control group）, 10 min group and 20 min group. The rats were received continuous performing of ultrasound （3.0 MHz,MI = 1.6,Tis = 1.8） on 6th,12th,and 18th days of pregnancy. Neuro-behavioral development of offspring was assessed by observation of their behavior characteristics. Results The time of air righting,visual orientation in 20 min group were longer than those in control group （P 〈 0.05） ,however there were no significant differences among the 3 groups （P 〉 0.05）, including ear stretch, eye opening, plane righting and auditory stunning. Conclusion Itis demonstrated that exposure to color Doppler ultrasound over 20 minutes in different pregnant durations may affect postnatal behavior development of rats.
