退翳片对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎小鼠血清IL-2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究退翳片对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(herpes sim-plex keratitis,HSK)小鼠血清IL-2水平的影响并探讨药效机制。方法:建立小鼠单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎模型,给予高、中、低三种剂量的退翳片灌服,并以ACV组、模型组和空白组作为对照。利用ELISA法检测各组小鼠血清IL-2分泌水平。结果:退翳片高、中、低剂量组小鼠血清IL-2水平较模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);ACV组与模型组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);退翳片高、中剂量组与ACV组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:退翳片可提高小鼠血清IL-2分泌水平,调节免疫功能抑制HSK发展。AIM： To study the effect of Tuiyi tablets on the level of serum IL-2 of herpes simplex keratitis （HSK） model in mice, and to identify the mechanism METHODS, The model of Different dose of Tuiyi of pharmacodynamic action. HSK mice was constructed. tablets we re taken ora respectively. Acyclovir （ACV）, model and blank group were used as control groups. Concentration of IL-2 in mouse serum was measured by ELISA method. RESULTS, The level of IL-2 was statistical in Tuiyi tablets of different dose group comparing with the model group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference between ACV and model group （ P〉 0.05）. The statistical analysis showed significant differences among Tuiyi tablethigh, medium dose groups and ACV group （P〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION： Tuiyi tablets can improve the level of IL-2 in serum, regulate immune function and inhibit the development of HSK.
