摘　　要：目的探讨微创手术治疗Jones骨折的临床意义。方法2005年1月至2007年1月，采用闭合复位，经皮导针定位，2枚空心螺纹钉内固定的手术方法治疗Jones骨折21例：结果临床随访8～16周，平均12周，21例患者均获得骨性愈合，愈合时间4～8周，平均5．5周。按自制的功能评分标准进行足踝功能评定：优19例，良2例，优良率100％。结论微创手术治疗Jones骨折具有操作简便，固定牢靠，创伤小，出血少，伤口感染风险低，有利于足踝功能恢复等优点，是治疗Jones骨折的有效方法。Objective To study the clinical significance of minimally invasive surgery for treatment of Jones fractures. Methods From January of 2005 to January of 2007, we treated 21 cases of Jones fracture by closed reduction, orientation by the percutaneous pin and fixation by 2 cannulated screws. Results After follow-ups of 8 to 16 weeks, all the eases obtained bony union and 19 cases had excellent outcome by functional evaluation. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery is a good way to treat Jones fractures due to the advantages of easy manipulation, firm fixation, minimal invasion, little bleeding, low risk of wound infection and improved functional recovery of the foot and ankle.
