摘 要:采用乳液共混共凝法制备了凹凸棒石/天然橡胶复合材料(attapulgite/natural rubber composites,ANRC),并对ANRC进行了表征。红外光谱分析证实凹凸棒石得到了有机化改性。ANRC的力学性能测试表明:当天然乳胶的含量适宜、改性凹凸棒石的填充量及改性剂的质量分数(下同)为10%时,ANRC的综合性能最好。与未添加填料的纯天然硫化胶相比,ANRC的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和ShoreA型硬度分别提高了175.4%,95.9%和104.2%。环境扫描电子显微镜分析结果显示:ANRC结构致密,改性凹凸棒石基本上都呈纳米棒状且较均匀地分布在天然橡胶基体中,与基体结合良好。Attapulgite/natural rubber composites (ANRC) were prepared by co-coagulating rubber latex and clay aqueous suspension. The composites were characterized, and the modified attapulgite was investigated by infrared spectrum. Its mechanical properties suggested that the composites using modified attapulgite are the best when the concentration of rubber latex is appropriate; the dosage of modifying agent and modified attapulgite are both 10% .The tensile strength, tear strength and shore A hardness of the composites increased by 175.4%, 95.9% and 104.2%, respectively, compared with the natural rubber without any stuffing added. The structure of the ANRC shown by environmental scanning electron microscope is tight. Modified attapulgite inserted into the natural rubber matrix uniformly is basically composed of nano-rods. Modified attapulgite combines well with the natural rubber matrix. The ANRC prepared by co-coagulating rubber latex and modified attapulgite clay aqueous suspension were successfully produced.
