摘  要:目的探讨电子束CT(EBCT)在心脏憩室诊断中的价值。资料与方法搜集EBCT诊断并经手术病理证实的心脏憩室患者资料6例,男女各3例,年龄1.5—24岁。采用美国Imatron-C150型扫描机行连续容积增强扫描3例,单层容积增强扫描2例,单层增强扫描与横断电影1例。结果心室憩室1例、心房憩室3例和心内向隔憩室2例。EBCT扫描能准确显示憩室来源、大小、形态与对邻近结构的压迫推挤,而且对其他并发异常,如心内间隔缺损和主动脉缩窄等,可明确提示。电影序列尚可提供心功能方面资料。结论EBCT是一种较为理想的无创性诊断心脏憩室的方法。Objective To discuss the clinical value of electron beam CT (EBCT) in the diagnosis of cardiac diverticu- la. Materials and Methods Retrospective analysis of 6 patients (3 male and 3 female patients ranged in age from 1.5 to 24 years) with cardiac diverticula confirmed by operation and pathology was done. Enhanced Continous volume scan was performed on 3 patients, enhanced single slice scan was performed on 2 patients, and both enhanced single slice scan and cine study were performed on 1 patient by Imatron C 150 scanner. Results There were 1 patient with divertienlum of the left ventricle ,3 patients with that of atria and 2 patients with that of cardiac septa. EBCT scan and three dimensional recon- struction could not only demonstrate the origin, size, shape,location and push on adjacent strueture of diverticula, but also reveal other important complicated abnormalities such as septal defect and aortic coarctation. The cine study could also provide cardiac function information. Conclusion EBCT is an excellent noninvasive technique in the diagnosis of cardiac diverticula.
