摘  要:随着采煤业的不断发展,煤矸石的堆积情况在我国日益严重,引起了煤矿周边区域的环境问题,治理和综合利用煤矸石已成为环境保护的一项主题工作。本文利用XRD、NMR、ESEM等测试手段,对用复合激发剂激发煤矸石体系的早期水化过程进行了研究。研究结果表明,G2(烧煤矸石+氢氧化钙+水玻璃)体系水化过程中存在一个诱导期,生成的水化产物比G1(烧煤矸石+氢氧化钙+NaOH)体系密实。NMR测试结果显示G2体系具有六配位铝的水化产物要少于G1体系,水化产物中硅酸盐结构的聚合度要低于G1体系。With the developing of the miner industry, the amount of the coal gangue is increasing in our country. How to use and handle the coal gangue has become a very important issues. The methods of XRD, NMR, ESEM have been used to study the early hydration of alkali-activated coal gangue. The result shows there is a induce process in the hydration of the G2 (calcined coal ganguc+Ca(OH)2 +Water glass)and its hydration products are more compacted than G1 (calcined coal gangue +Ca(OH)2+NaOH). The result of NMR shows the amount of the hydration products with 6 coordinated AI of G2 is less than G1 and the polymerization degree of Si in hydration production is low.
