摘 要:采用汉诺威弧焊质量分析仪和焊接过程高速摄影技术,测试分析了在CO2气体保护焊条件下,药芯焊丝电弧物理特性,发现药芯焊丝工艺性与焊接过程中熔滴过渡的稳定性、均匀性有直接联系,熔滴过渡稳定性越好,焊接时飞溅越小,焊丝工艺性越好。在24.5V,190A焊接参数下,汉诺威弧焊质量分析仪中统计的熔滴过渡周期的变异系数ε(Tc)能反映焊丝焊接过程的稳定性,从而可以方便地对焊丝工艺性进行定量评价。变异系数越小,焊接过程越稳定,焊丝工艺性越好。提出用24.5V,190A焊接参数下熔滴短路过渡周期的变异系数作为判据来定量评价药芯焊丝工艺性。Analysator Hannover and high-speed camera were used to test and analyze the arc physical character of flux-cored wire in CO2 gas welding.The results showed that the usability of flux-cored wire depends directly on ability and homogeneity of welding process.The more stable the process is,the less the spatter is,and the better the usability is.At the parameter 24.5 V/190 A,the coefficient of variation of metal transfer period ε(Tc)can reflect the ability of process,so the usability of flux-cored wire was quantificationally evaluated with the coefficient of variation of metal transfer short-circuiting cycle at the 24.5 V/190 A parameters being used as criterion.The coefficient of variation is smaller,the usability is better.
