抑制素水平预测卵巢储备功能的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清基础抑制素B水平与卵巢储备功能的相关性及其预测价值。方法将158例观察对象分为3组,卵巢早衰(POF)组73例,卵巢储备功能下降(DOS)组55例,正常组30例,分别观测其血清基础抑制素B(INHB)、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡素(FSH)、卵巢基质血流阻力指数(RI)、窦卵泡计数(OVF)、卵巢直径(OVD)、症状积分值。结果INHB水平POF组及DOS组与正常组相比均有极显著性差异(P<0.001),POF组与DOS组相比也有显著性差异(P<0.05),且POF组<DOS组<正常组;INHB重度组与轻度组相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01),中度组与轻度组相比及重度组与中度组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),且重度组<中度组<轻度组;相关性研究显示,INHB与E2、OVF呈正相关(P<0.05),与FSH、RI、积分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论血清基础INHB水平与卵巢储备功能存在着相关性,可作为临床预测卵巢储备功能的科学依据。Objective To explore the clinical value of serum inhibin B in predicting ovarian stone. Methods 158 patients were di- vided 3 groups ：73 premature ovarian failure（POF） group and 55 decreasing ovarian stone（DOS） group,while 30 nomal women were taken as the control group, their basal serum inhibin B （ INHB ） , estradiol （ E2 ） , follicle stimulating hormone （ FSH ） , resistanee index （ RI ） , ovary follicle（OVF） ,ovary diameter（OVD） , and symptom point were detected. Results Comparde with the control group, the level of INHB decreased significantly in the POF group and DOS group（ P 〈0.00｜ ） ,and in the POF group,INHB level was significantly lower than DOS group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; In serious group, INHB level was significantly lower than mild group（ P 〈 0.01 ） , and comparde with the moderate, the level of INHB was significantly different in serious group and mild group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;There was positive correlation between INHB and E2 and OVF （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was negative correlation between INHB and FSH and RI and symptom point （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion There was correlation between serum inhibin B and ovarian stone. Serum inhibin B may offer scientific proof in predicting ovarian stone.
