摘  要:磁力驱动器是基于磁力驱动技术实现力或转矩无接触传递的一种新型传动装置,其磁场强度计算和涡流损耗是影响磁力驱动器设计的两个主要因素。本文首先根据等效电流模型理论,分析了盘式磁力驱动器的气隙磁场分布,然后在气隙磁场分析的基础上,建立了盘式磁力驱动器隔离套涡流损耗的数学模型,并利用有限元方法对建立的模型进行了验证。最后根据建立的模型,分析了磁路尺寸、驱动器转速和隔离套尺寸等对磁力驱动器涡流损耗的影响,取得的结果对减小圆盘式磁力驱动器涡流损耗具有指导作用。According as the basal theory of modern magnetism, the magnetic driving is a new technology which realizes the non-contact transfer of force or torque (power) by the magnetic force function produced through permanent magnet material or electromagnet. There are some main factors impact the development of magnetic driver, including calculation of magnetic field intensi- ty, eddy current ~osses and so on. Magnetic driver who use metal isolation sets will lead to power lost and lower efficiency, because of the eddy current losses . If magnetic driver can't be cooled in time, high temperature will result in demagnetization and overheating damage. To reduce eddy current losses is not only relative to the economic of magnetic driver, but also the reliability. This article applied analytical method and finite element method to analysis eddy current losses of disc- al magnetic driver. It's results provide important theory proof to reduce eddy current losses and improve the efficiency of magnetic driver.
