摘 要:光声光谱气体分析技术灵敏度高,不消耗被测气体,克服了传统的变压器检测的气相色谱分析方法的缺点。文中采用了光声光谱法对C2H4气体进行探测,论述了光声信号的产生原理,用CO2激光器作光源对C2H4气体浓度进行了测量,证实了该技术在油中溶解气体浓度测量中的实用价值。Photoacoustic spectroscopy is a highly sensitive gas analyzing method without the shortcoming of gas consumption, thus overcoming the disadvantages of the previous gas-chromatographic analysis methods of the transformer's oil. This paper applies the method of photoacoustic spectroscopy to detect the C2H4 gas in oil, the generation of photoacoustic spectrum is presented, the CO2 laser is used as the light source to measure C2H4 gas concentration. This proves the photoacoustic spectroscopy is a useful technique in the concentration measurement of dissolved gasses in transformer oil.
