摘　　要：对国际形势的正确判断是三十年来我们能够集中精力进行经济建设,全面推进改革开放事业的重要保障,并为我们确立正确的外交方针和国际战略提供了可靠的现实依据;独立自主的和平外交政策的发展和完善,指导我国外交取得了巨大成就;推动建设和谐世界是我国国际战略的长远战略目标,而始终不渝走和平发展道路既是推动改革开放和社会主义建设事业发展、实现中华民族伟大复兴的必由之路,也是推动建设和谐世界的正确途径。To make right judgment about the international situation is the important guarantee of our focus on economy to boost reform and opening up in the past three decades, and provides us with reliable proofs to make right diplomatic guideline and international strategy; the development and perfection of the independent peace diplomatic policy has directed out diplomacy to great achievements; to build harmonious world is our country's long-range strategic objective, and consistent following the road of peaceful development is not only the necessary road to boost reform and opening up and the development of socialist constructive cause to realize the great revival of the Chinese nation, but also the right road to boost the construction of harmonious world.
