摘 要:葡聚糖微珠粒度分布由预分散过程决定。微珠凝集、表面粗糙与搅拌釜是否加入挡板无关。采用带挡板的搅拌釜进行预分散,可有效控制微珠粒度分布。在搅拌速度不变时,微珠粒径均值d_(32)与分散剂聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)呈线性关系;在PVAc用量不变时,d_(32)与搅拌速度之间亦呈线性关系。控制PVAc用量和搅拌速度,即可提高粒度合格微珠之产率。The size distribution depends on the preliminary dispersion during beads preparation. The presence or absence of baffles has no relation to the particle aggregation and roughness of bead surfaces, therefore a stirring tank equipped with baffles was used for the dispersion and crosslinking. As the result, the sautes diameter d_(32) of the beads decreased linearly with increasing concentration of PVAc, at constant rate of agitation. Whereas, when the concentration of PVAc remained constant, d_(32) decreased linearly with increasing rate of agitation. So the size distribution can be controlled efficiently by the concentration of PVAc and rate of agitation, and the yield of qualified beads (the beads with a diameter of 50~100 μm) can be highly enhanced.
