摘 要:由氯化石蜡-42与N-甲基咪唑合成了新的萃取剂石蜡基甲基咪唑氯化物([P(MI M)x][Clx]),测定了该萃取剂在不同浓度的水、甲醇溶液中的电导率,进行了热重分析,确定了其热分解温度为140℃。研究了该萃取剂及其四氟硼酸盐对油品中噻吩类有机硫化物的萃取性能,计算了在不同油剂比、不同温度下的脱硫率及硫分配系数。在油剂质量比为2.1∶1、80℃下该萃取剂对油品(含二苯并噻吩)的脱硫率达到36.5%,对油品(含三甲基噻吩)的脱硫率达20.8%。A new extractant [P (MIM)x] [Clx ] was synthesized with chlorinated paraffins-42 and N- methylimidazole. The conductiyity of this extractant in different aqueous solution and methanol solution was determined respectively. This extractant was analyzed by means of TG-DTA and its decomposition temperature determined was 140℃. The extractant and its tetrafluoroborate were used to remove aromatic sulfur compounds from fuel oil. The sulfur removal rate and sulfur partition coefficients at different mass ratio of oil to extractant arid different temperature were calculated. In conditions of mass ratio of oil to extractant [P(MIM)x][Clx] of 2.1 : 1 and 80℃ ,the sulfur removal rates were 36.5% for DBT and 20.8% for 3-MT, respectively.
