摘　　要：扩大推广应用20 kV供电是江苏省电力公司根据本省经济社会和电网发展的新形势,解决配电网发展中日益突出的矛盾,转变配电网发展方式所做出的一项战略性决策。苏州是我国最早采用20 kV电压供电的城市,在110/20 kV变电站设计方面积累了丰富的经验。文章参照苏州110/20 kV变电站主接线、平面布置、电气设备选择等内容,结合南京地区实际情况,提出了南京地区110/20 kV变电站电气一次设计设想。According to the new situation of the development of economic society and power network in Jiangsu province, Jiangsu Electric Power Co. made a strategic decision to adopt 20 kV distribution power network for solving the outstanding and contradictory problem in distribution network development and changing the development mode of distribution network. Suzhou is the first city in China for adopting 20 kV distribution power network, which accumulated rich experience in aspect of 110/20 kV substation design. The paper presented electrical primary design idea for 110/20 kV substation in Nanjing area combined with the actual condition in Nanjing, taken main wiring, plane arrangement and electrical equipment selection of Suzhou 110/20 kV substation for reference.
