摘　　要：建立健全高校教师聘任程序制度是高等教育法制建设的重要内容。本文在借鉴发达国家和地区高校教师聘任制度的基础上,针对我国高校教师聘任程序存在的薄弱环节,阐述了高校教师聘任程序法制化建设过程中必须着力推进聘任权行使组织化、聘任程序规范化和聘任信息公开化等。To build up a sound system of the university teacher engagement procedure is an important aspect of the legal construction of higher education. Based on drawing on some experience in developed countries＂ system of university teacher engagement, this paper aims at some weak points in our country＇s system of university teacher engagement, and points out that it is necessary to develop some links in the construction of legalization of the university teacher engagement procedure, such as organization of using the engagement right, normalization of the engagement procedure, and openness of engagement information.
