从主体投入角度看博士教育质量及评价

摘　　要：提高博士教育质量,必须首先明确博士教育质量的内涵。论文分析了目前博士教育质量内涵研究的四个维度,指出了研究存在的不足,并在此基础上将博士教育质量界定为特定培养目标指引下的博士生的"价值增值"程度。通过分析指出,主体性投入是博士教育质量形成的决定性要素,并在这一认识下对如何开展博士教育质量评价进行了具体论述。Defining the connotation of doctoral education quality is a basis to heighten its quality. This paper analyzes four research dimensions about the connotation of doctoral education quality and points out some shortcomings in its present studies. The doctoral education quality should be regarded as a candidate doctor＇s ＂value - adding＂ degree under the guidance of a particular cultivation goal. Based on some theoretical and practical analyses, this paper points out that the subject＇s engagement is a crucial factor to improve doctoral education quality.
