摘　　要：目的建立用高效液相色谱法，测定复方甘草酸苷片中甘草酸单铵含量。方法采用Kromasil 100A C18柱（250mm×4．6mm ID，5μm），以2％的醋酸-乙睛（65：35）为流动相；检测波长为254nm；流速为1．0ml·min^-1。结果甘草酸单铵在80～800mg·L^-1范围内有良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为99．64％，RSD为0．75％。结论该方法简便可靠，精密度高，分离度好，可用于复方甘草酸苷片的质量控制。Aim To develop an HPLC method for determination of ammonium glycyrrhizinate in compound glycyrrhizin tablets. Method A Kromasil 100A C18 （250 mm× 4.6 mm） was used with a mobile phase of 2% acetic acid solution-acetonitrile （65：35 ）. The detection wavelength was 254 nm, and the flow-rate was 1. 0 ml · min^-1. Result Ammonium glycyrrhizinate showed good linear relationship in the concentration range of 80.0 -800.0 mg · L^-1（r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery, was 99.64%, and RSD was 0.75%. Conclusion This method was slmple,fast and stable. It is suitable for quality control of compound glycyrrhizin tablets.
