摘　　要：在理解和把握社会主义和谐社会的内涵和特征的基础上,分析了政治文明与和谐社会的联系,建立了一套度量社会政治文明的综合指标,提出处理指标和权数的方法。应用综合评价的相关理论,利用数量分析来研究社会政治文明的进程,从一个侧面反映社会和谐的程度。This paper, based on a proper understanding of connotation and characteristics of building a socialist harmonious society in China today, attempts to analyze the relations between political civilization and harmonious society. The paper offers a theoretical modal of index system for evaluating sociopolitical civilization level and develops a method of processing and interpreting such indexes and weight.
