摘　　要：为了对马克思主义中国化的内涵要旨、基本理据与实现路径作出分析探讨,运用逻辑分析的方法,认为从内涵要旨上看,马克思主义中国化即是马克思主义在中国的民族化、具体化、通俗化、与时俱进的当代化,是马克思主义"化"中国与中国"化"马克思主义的辩证统一。从基本理据上看,马克思主义中国化无疑离不开马克思主义自身科学性、世界性、当代性、实践性的"理论特质"、中国近代的社会变迁与由此产生的理论需求所构成的"现实基础"、以及马克思主义与中国传统文化在诸多方面能够相通相融这一"文化要件"。从实现路径上看,马克思主义中国化则离不开马克思主义与中国实际、中国文化等层面的"结合",也离不开马克思主义与中国现实、中国解释者、中国传统文化依次进行的问题式、解释学与交往式"对话",同时还离不开马克思主义中国化的主体以一种理性自觉的意识对中国形态的马克思主义所进行的积极"创建"。The gists of connotation of sinicization of Marxism are the nationalization, concretization, popularization and Updating of Marxism in China ,and the dialectical unification of Marxism＇s influencing China and China＇s influencing Marxism. The basic grounds of sinicization of Marxism are the theoretical character which includes scientificness,openness,contemporaneity, and practicality of Marxism itself, theoretical demand which comes form Chinese social change, and natural similarity which is between Marxism and Chinese traditional culture. Judging from its realizing ways, sinicization of Marxism dispends on Marxism＇s dialoguing with Chinese realities in the way of problem, with interpreter in the way of hermeneutics, and with Chinese traditional culture in the way of communication, and positive creation of Chinese Marxism conducted by the subject of sinicization of Marxism with rational and self-conscious awareness.
