摘　　要：运用逻辑思维方法,研究国际私法在国际和平发展中的作用,认为国际私法与国际公法一样,在维护世界和平,促进国际社会发展方面具有举足轻重的地位和作用;在和平发展环境下,国际私法具有解决国际民商事纠纷的功效、协调国际民商事关系的功能以及构建国际民商事秩序的功用。国际私法在自己所属的国际民商事领域发挥着其他法律部门无法替代的作用。By means of logical thinking to study the role of international private law in the peaceful development among nations, it is held that international private law,just us international public law, plays a very important role in the maintenance of world peace and the improvement of international communities. In peaceful time, international private law serves the functions of solving business disputes among nations; coordinating the relations of people＇s personal and commercial affairs, which can not be replaced by other legal regulations in related countries.
