摘 要:目的了解2型糖尿病人群中抑郁症、焦虑症患病情况和教育对患者抑郁、焦虑及糖代谢的影响。方法明确诊断的2型糖尿病患者342名,随机分为常规治疗组和教育治疗组,应用抑郁、焦虑自评量表进行测评,观察治疗前后抑郁、焦虑及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的变化。结果2型糖尿病人群中抑郁、焦虑评分明显高于国内常模(P<0.05),教育治疗组经教育和治疗后抑郁、焦虑得到明显改善(P<0.05),HbA1c下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病人群易患抑郁症、焦虑症,药物治疗基础上对患者实施包括心理干预的健康教育有利于抑郁、焦虑症状改善及糖代谢紊乱的控制。Objective To investigaste the depression and anxiety symptoms in type 2 diabetes and evaluate the effects of diabetes education on these symptoms and glucose metabolism.Methods 372 patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes in our hospital,were randomly divided into a control group(given routine drug treatment) and a test group(given routine drug treatment plus diabetes education).Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) were used to assess the mental symptoms.HbAlc was determined to show the effect of treatments on sugar metabolism.Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the diabetes patients studied were significantly higher than the figures of national normal model(P〈0.05).The depression and anxiety symptoms got evidently improved in the test group(P〈0.05).The lowering of HbA1c was more marked in the test group than in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions Anxiety and depression are common symptoms accompanying type 2 diabetes.Diabetes education can help both to improve these mental symptoms and to control glucose metabolism.
