摘  要:从风资源条件、地理环境因素、技术实力、预期的经济效益等方面考虑,建立了风力发电可行性研究评价指标体系;通过专家打分法对原始的可行性指标数据进行转换处理,并采用层次分析法灵活确定指标权重;经算例研究,对所建指标体系进行了验证,计算了某风电项目方案的可行性得分,以量化的结论直观地反映了其可行性水平。A feasibility evaluation index system for wind power project was established with consideration of wind resource, geographic environment, technical level, and expected economic benefits. The initial data of feasibility indices were then transformed and processed by using expert scoring method, and the weight of each index was determined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. At last, the feasibility index system was verified through a calculation example, in which the feasibility score of a certain wind power project was calculated, revealing its feasibility level quantitatively.
